Eating fruit daily is a way to stay healthy and that too should on an empty stomach. Why die from Cancer when there are ways to prevent it. The cancer treatment and prevention is to always eat fresh fruit on an empty stomach. Very pertinent, informative and valuable enough to be printed and put onto your refrigerator for reference. Some doctors treat terminal cancer patients in different ways and many patients have recovered. They believe on natural healing in the body against illnesses. Fruits and juices are one of the strategies to heal cancer. The cure for cancer has been there for ages even though the people did not know of it. In the meantime the whole meal ferments and turns into acid. When the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach, the entire mass of food begins to spoil. Therefore eat your fruit on an empty stomach or before your meal. You may have heard of people complaining that every time they eat watermelon they burp, eat Durian the stomach bloats, or after eating banana feel uncomfortable. It will not happen when you eat fruit on an empty stomach. Graying hair, balding, nervousness, and dark circles under the eyes and all these will not happen if you eat fruit on an empty stomach. Fruits, like orange, lime and lemon are acidic with ascorbic acid or vitamin C. But all fruit becomes alkaline in our body, according to research on this matter. These health tips may be useful to many .When you want to drink fruit juice, drink only fresh fruit juice and not juice prepared in factories added with preservatives served in bottles and cans. Never drink juice that has been heated. Don't eat cooked fruit; you will not get the nutrients of the fruit. You get only the taste because cooking destroys all of the vitamins. Eating a fresh fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit-fast to cleanse your body. Eat fruit and drink fruit juice for just 3 days, and you will be surprised when your friends say how radiant you look! There is a saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”. Apple has low Vitamin C content but has antioxidants and substances which enhance the activity of Vitamin C.

 Strawberry is a protective fruit which has an antioxidant power can protect the body from cancer causing, blood vessel clogging free radicals. Eating two or four oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent and dissolve kidney stones and reduce the risk of colon cancer.

Watermelon is a coolest thirst quencher which has 92% water, but also packed with a giant dose of glutathione which helps boost our immune system. It is also a key source of Lycopene, the cancer fighting oxidant. Water melon also contains Vitamin C and Potassium.

 Guava and Papaya are also two fruits which has Vitamin C. They are rich in fiber and prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene which is good for the eyes.

Drinking plenty of water is good for the body. But drinking cold water after a meal solidifies the oily food that you have just consumed which slows digestion.
